Our belief is, to deliver great care, you employ great people! Our ideal candidate will be a flexible and passionate Support Worker looking for a career in the social care industry. Previous support worker experience is preferable but not always required as full training will be provided.

A positive attitude and passionate about supporting adults with learning disabilities
Can demonstrate a practical understanding of delivering personal care with dignity and privacy
Strong organisational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good IT skills
Reliable and punctual
Can work independently and demonstrate good judgement
An effective team Player
Can work a variety of shifts across a 7 day rota including nights if required
Can do sleep ins as required
Being a Support Worker involves:
Enabling service users to access the community
Supporting them with daily living skills like cleaning, cooking and laundry
Supporting them with daily personal care tasks like bathing and dressing
Enabling then to make healthy meal choices
Supporting them to take their prescribed medication
Supporting them to live safely in their own home
Promoting independence and positive wellbeing
Safeguarding service users rights and dignity
Implementing their person-centered care plans
