Salary up to GBP19,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
plus contributory pension + 34 days annual leave (includes Bank Holidays and Company Days)

We are looking for a Performance Services Administrator to join our Performance Services team to support with the implementation of the performance services systems and processes to ensure efficient delivery of the World Class Programme across the British Gymnastics disciplines. This will involve effective coordination of all finanical processes and kit processes within the department, ensuring a timely processing and management of orders.

This is based at Lilleshall National Sports Centre (LNSC), Nr Newport, Shropshire.

The Role
The main responsibilities of the role are:

Managing and maintaining the FIG licence process for all disciplines ensuring FIG licence expiry dates and applications are done in a timely fashion

Supporting colleagues to prepare for camps and competitions e.g. logistics, kit, welfare and safety arrangements, delegation packs and VIP arrangements, athlete correspondence etc.

Manage identified financial processes within the department to ensure timely processing of all payments, invoices, refunds and expenses

Organise and administer all kit processes within the department to ensure timely management of all kit orders and deliveries across all of the disciplines

Acting as a point of contact for the Performance Director for diary management and meetings.

Arranging/organising meetings and events at the request of the Performance Director; arranging and preparing for regular meetings: organising travel and accommodation, making reservations, preparing travel itineraries, drafting agendas, preparing background reading material etc. as required or requested.

Data entry/database maintenance, ensuring confidentiality and secure storage of data/records

for further information about the role.

The Person
You will need to demonstrate:

Effective administration skills

Good verbal and written communication skills; customer service and interpersonal skills

An ability to establish effective working relationships with a broad range of colleagues, athletes, coaches, parents and stakeholders

Good working knowledge of IT systems and databases e.g. MS Office

Attention to detail and the ability to work sensitively with confidential information

The ability to plan in advance, to prioritise time and tasks, to co-ordinate/organise/monitor several activities simultaneously and meet deadlines

An understanding of financial processes e.g. raising purchases orders, sales orders etc.
