CAREER STARTING ROLE - As a Fast Track Support Worker you'll be mentored to support individuals who have complex needs, working as part of our ONE TEAM to deliver exceptional care within our specialist homes. Every day is different, with exciting and fun activities to encourage the individuals we support to try new things, learn new life skills, connect with their communities, and live an 'ordinary' life. Sometimes, it's about bringing a surprise horse to a birthday party or arranging an inflatable pub (yes, those both happened!).
YOUR FUTURE ??- You'll begin your career as a Support Worker??? but then where? Registered Manager, Transitions, IT Tech Guru and anywhere in between. You really can progress to any role with drive and dedication.
