Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a specialist media company with prestigious offices based in North Chesterfield. Due to continued success and growth, they are recruiting for an Operations Administrator to support a team who manage their most prestigious, international clients.
You will assist the Head of Operations/Operations Manager with managing the processes, systems and task management that ensure the smooth running of all administrative systems. This will include:
* Invoice amendments
* Statement of Account
* Certificate of residence requests
* Invoice credits
* Fielding general enquiries
* Assisting with seasonal mail shots and data collection
* Picking up incoming requests to finance:
This is a fantastic opportunity and would be well suited to someone with some admin experience and looking to take the next step.
You must have recent office based admin experience, be a confident communicator (you will liaise regularly with clients whose first language is not English), excellent attention to detail and sound IT skills (to include the use of MS Office).
