Our client, a leading application provider within the workflow, asset and building management industry, have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Excellence Support Coordinator. You will be a tenacious self-starter with exceptional communication and high attention to detail. As a self-motivated individual, you will thrive on creating an excellent customer experience and be able and enjoy working with minimal supervision.
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Salary: Up to GBP27k per annum
This role takes ownership of the support services provided by the Customer Excellence team. Working as part of the Customer Excellence function you will be involved in tasks related to the company's customer engagement strategy. You will be working with the Customer Excellence Manager to understand the customer's needs, to address and lower customer churn, and boost key metrics, such as customer loyalty, retention, and renewal rates.
Our ideal applicant will have/be;
Proven experience within a similar role.
Experienced in company internal systems and databases, for filing documents and posting information.
Able to demonstrate customer focused
Able to demonstrate a committed and positive attitude towards customer excellence and business change management.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail.
Solid problem-solving ability.
Excellent organisation skills,
The confidence to contribute, advise and challenge the status quo.
The ability to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
