First of all, you'd be able to work from home as much as you like, ideally coming into the office at least once a week/fortnight (maybe a little more when you first join) - but there'd always be a seat for you in the office.
You'll have at least 12 months experience working with C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, HTML/CSS and JavaScript. However, you'll get the chance to work on exciting projects looking at AI, using React Native to build various mobile apps and lots of CMS work (Umbraco mainly).
In an ideal world, you'll have some exposure working with Umbraco already, as you'll initially be joining a closer-knit team focusing on their Umbraco builds. They're one of a very few number of Umbraco gold partners in the UK, so you'll be able to get Certified very quickly, which always helps your long term career.
A few things to note:
* You'll join a Dev team of 12, giving you plenty of others to learn from.
* You'd be encouraged to work towards getting Certified and attending external courses.
* On average, their Devs have been there over 4 years, so they must be doing something right???
* The entire team is taken away every year - they went to Dublin last (pre-COVID).
* Plus, plenty of perks ranging from your birthday off, to fully expensed holidays.
* As it's a family run business, you won't need to wait weeks to get projects signed off.
For now, I see the role paying up to GBP35,000 (maybe more, DOE), flexible working, private healthcare and pension, plus plenty of other perks.
