We are seeking an Experienced Construction Site Manager to work with our client.
This is initially an 18 month contract, but with sites in the pipeline for the next 5 years and more in planning, there is every possibility of this being longer. Most sites are based in and arounf North London.
Salary GBP45,000 to GBP55,000
We are looking for someone with 5 to 10 years experience of managing construction sites. Our client is looking for the following:
* Start to finish sites, from demolition to handover
* RC Frames
* From a trades background
* Ability to read plans and drawings and make recommendations for changes before problems occur
* Teamwork with QS and Buyers
* Able to work autonomously
* Able to maintain a great working relationship with Contracts Managers and sub contractors
The company is a property developer who have been going for 30 years. There is support from a great back office team. This is a great opportunity, starting in early June.
