Programme Management Specialist role initially for a one-year fixed term contract.
Are you an experienced Programme Management Specialist looking to utilise your skills to review, assess and improve existing process to meet business challenges? Are you looking for your next opportunity to embed a continuous improvement culture across a business? If so, we are looking for an experienced Programme Management Specialist, to initially work on a fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to undertake reviews of existing project management processes across all functions and embed best practice. You will work closely with the existing project management teams across the MASS business, including acting as a mentor for Project Managers to identify process gaps, analyse efficiencies and implement improvements. We are looking for a person who has experience of financial reporting and forecasting as ensuring projects are within budget are a key focus for all our project management team.
You should have proven experience in a similar role, with a solid background in managing large or complex projects ideally within a regulated, fast paced business.
You will be adaptable and used to working in a collaborative way across a variety of functions, engaging the teams you are working with, to drive the improvements required.
In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary of c. GBP70,000 plus company benefits, which include 25 days holiday, Pension scheme and Private Medical Insurance.
