Relationship Manager
Trading since 1989, e.surv Chartered Surveyors is the UK's number one residential surveyor and the largest provider of property risk expertise and residential surveying services. To put it into numbers, we complete more than one property inspection every 12 seconds and employ over 600 surveyors from Land's End to John O'Groats and Northern Ireland. This gives us the flexibility to offer nationwide coverage combined with invaluable local knowledge.
Working closely with the Central Operations Director, the successful candidate will combine the ability to proactively identify, manage and develop new and existing business to consumer (B2C) referral contacts, with the goal of identifying and converting major new strategic opportunities for the business.
Role requirements:
- Comfortable being the core salesperson and 'product ambassador'
- A door opener with the ability to generate key relationships at all levels
- Working with budgets and understanding commercial impact on the wider business
- Able to develop understanding of B2C client market sector, customer needs and specific service offerings
- Management of key referral accounts and budgets to exceed targets
- Ability to grow revenue through strategic relationship development
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to assume responsibility at senior level
Essential Skills:
- Experience of using various media to market the business and directing key marketing strategies to enable business process transformation
- Understanding of harmonised business engagement models
- Experience of working with other stakeholders to represent their needs and enhancing overall business proposition.
- An understanding of the property/lending sectors would be beneficial, but we welcome applicants from all industries
