The User Experience (UX) Designer role is to drive a 'best in class' user experience across all of Advanced's digital channels, primarily the prospect facing website which drives 60-70k sessions per month.
You will be responsible for driving continuous conversion rate improvements for inbound lead generation working in a highly collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, to strategise and improve the customer journey.
You will utilise your core UI/UX design skills and have expert knowledge of usability issues and techniques to contribute to projects through their full life cycle. The UX and UI Design role is challenging and fast paced but, in a fun working environment.
Championing the user experience requirements across the business you will develop a deep understanding of who our customer is and what they want out of their interaction using a mix of qualitative and quantitative data to drive activity
