Inbound Telesales Mobility Advisor - FTC

In order to cover a maternity leave, we are currently looking for an Inbound Telesales Advisor on a fixed term contract for a year.

Our Inbound Telesales Advisors have a knack for matching customer needs to the benefits of our products. We don't do pushy hard sales - all the people we speak to call us and are a targeted audience and from our existing customer base.

We require confident, phone friendly type of people with an ability to think on their feet.

The position is currently based in Brentwood. Our brand new head office, which is currently being built, will be based in Braintree area so we'll be looking for someone keen to move there in a year from now.

What are my responsibilities?

?? As a Inbound Telesales Advisor you will need to close sales using exceptional service and objection handling.

?? Passion for sales and productive approach to driving this.

?? Flexible with ad-hoc tasks within the Sales Environment.

?? Taking ownership of individual and team targets.

Skills required?

?? Ideally Sales background

?? Ability to organise own time and multi task

?? Clearly communicate with customers and fellow staff
