Lettings Negotiator

Accommodation.co.uk is a next generation letting agent. We combine our bespoke, industry leading all in one technology, which automates and streamlines admin tasks, with our nationwide network of highly experienced Local Lettings Agents, Property Managers, and Central Letting Agents.

Our end to end digital platform is designed to create transparency, accountability, convenience and increased response speed to greatly improve the renting experience for everyone.

Details:

Our success is based on our people and due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Lettings negotiator to assist our Local Lettings Agents throughout the UK by contacting, winning and building relationships with landlords through a number of key sources. They will ensure that the valuations which they book are properly qualified and information on the system is accurate to provide the best chance of them choosing Accommodation.co.uk. They will be based from home, but may be asked to attend our HQ twice a week.

The role will involve:

• Contact leads as quickly as possible to discuss their enquiry and the benefits of using Accommodation.co.uk

• Qualify potential landlords to ensure they have properties to bring to the market

• Ensure all details on the system are accurate and add notes after every discussion

• Follow the contact process to ensure the best chance of success

• Follow the lead score system to prioritise higher converting leads

• Target 85 calls per day

• Follow up valuations which are booked but not attended to understand the reasons

• Help and advise Local Letting Agents on how to further develop and grow their business

• Deliver exceptional service to both our customers and partners in every interaction

• Ensure full compliance with all applicable property laws

What we are looking for:

• A motivated individual, someone who believes anything is possible

• Previous lettings experience essential

• Honesty with an ability to communicate feedback

• Someone with a keen interest in PropTech

• Outbound sales experience preferred

• Fun, energetic person to fit in with our team culture

Salary: GBP23k basic plus commission
