An amazing position has become available in a fantastic company based around Berkshire and Buckinghamshire.
We are looking for a special candidate to be the assistant to the area manager.
This position would suit an experienced deputy manager who would like to step up into a managerial role.
This role is offered on a 38 hours per week, 51 weeks a year basis and pays up to GBP27,000
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold a relevant level 3 childcare qualification
* Have 3 year childcare experience
* Have 3 year experience working in a nursery setting
* Be energetic and fun
* Have a real love and drive for working with and educating children
* Have a good understanding of the EYFS and Safeguarding
* Be happy to up-skill and improve their learning
* Believe in building strong Parent Partnerships to provide cohesive learning to our children
The Role Involves:
* Ensuring all children under our care feel engaged and supported
* Maintaining the highest standards when implementing safeguarding
* Ensuring the EYFS is implemented and applied to all learning
* To ensure our children have fun and a stimulating environment
* Promoting and upholding Health & Safety for children, staff and visitors
* Ensuring SEND is implemented, promoted and applied
* Making sure that company policies and procedures are consistently applied and adhered to
You will be traveling to nursery to nursery on a daily basis therefore being a driver is necessary.
