I currently have an opportunity for a multi skilled Joiner to join a repairs and maintenance team for a mobile position working on social housing properties on reactive Maintenance
The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience in the maintenance of buildings, this will have ideally been gained working for a maintenance contractor although is not essential. Experience working within the social housing sector essential
Requirements:
NVQ Joiner
Basic Plumbing
Substantial knowledge of general building maintenance trades
Clean Drivers Licence
