Shift Manager North West GBP30k
We are working with a leader in the recycling industry who has the opportunity for a Shift Manager to be based at a new recycling site in the North West.
You will be responsible for ensuring correct fulfilment and delivery of plant production programmes, adhering to Health and Safety, Quality and Environment policies and leading your team effectively, in a motivational working environment.
The role currently will operate a 2 shift pattern.
In order to be considered for this role you will have; advanced level or equivalent in education, fork lift truck license and full UK driving license; IOSH managing safely; production experience and demonstrable management skills; maintenance of process equipment and experienced in ISO accredited Management Systems; experience of interacting with Regulatory Organisations and experienced in managing within a regulated industry; financial Experience - working knowledge of profit and loss; preparation of Risk Assessments and Safe Working Procedure Production.
