HR SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR
I am very pleased to be working with a client that puts service at the heart of everything they do.
They are looking for someone to take the lead and oversee the administrative function whilst providing general administrative support to the HR team.
The successful applicant will proactively review HR administrative processes and put recommendations forward for improvements, create efficiency's and streamline systems of work where possible, taking all stakeholders into account. There is a commitment to paperless operation which the Admin Lead would promote.
You would be joining a small and friendly HR team with a mixture of personalities and levels of experience.

You will need to be an experienced HR Administrator with the confidence to take the lead and make relevant improvements where necessary.
CIPD Level 5 is essential and would you be available to work in Grantham on a daily basis. Initially a minimum of 3 days in the office is required but this is likely to be increased to 5 days in the near future.
