We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and experienced sales operations manager to join the Open Access Business Development Team, to lead on the successful implementation and operational aspects of our Open Access publishing agreements.

This is a fantastic role for an individual with excellent communication, project management and relationship building skills to grow their career as part of a supportive team environment.

This role will work collaboratively with internal teams to lead the successful implementation of the global Open Access agreements, including transformative agreements. The successful candidate will also be the lead from the commercial team on development of the author workflow and Research Dashboard, as well as managing an experienced Sales coordinator.

What you will be doing:

* Leading on the successful implementation of Open Access agreements globally, in a range of different business models;

* Working closely with the sales manager and Product team to identify customer requirements and ensure, where possible, these are captured and actioned;

* Lead the Taylor & Francis Workflow Advisory Group - our forum for capturing user feedback, organising and chairing half yearly meetings and following up on actions and feedback;

* Manage multiple customer-facing account launches, including queries and training, and communicating closely with our library partners;

* Working with the Continuous Improvement team to improve internal and external processes related to Open Access agreement implementation;

* Lead the sales input into developing the Open Access author workflow and Research Dashboard, identifying customer requirements and working with internal teams to prioritise, track and communicate internally and externally;

* Work with author and library marketing to develop information and collateral to inform and help guide authors and the library through the deal and the process
