Customer Service Advisor - GBP18532 - GBP21000

Our client, who offers a tailor-made service to each of their customers, has the need for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

The role -

?? Working to achieve set KPI's

?? Ensure all claims are documented into the in-house systems and progressed appropriately from point of contract through to final invoice

?? Inputting data onto the in-house system

?? Resolve customer enquiries effectively

?? Escalate customer complaints to your team leader

?? Providing a high level of customer service at all times

The person -

?? Ability to work in a fast paced environment

?? Able to multi task and work to deadlines

?? Good attention to details

?? Must be flexible to working hours

?? Own vehicle or live close to Kingsbury

The hours -

Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm for the first 12 weeks

After 12 weeks you will go onto a shift pattern

1 in 4 Saturdays 8:30am - 3pm

Salary - GBP18532 - GBP21000
