IN2 Consult - Credit Control Manager (MAT Cover) FTC - Hemel Hempstead - GBP35,000 to GBP45,000 Per annum - Managing a team of up to 9, immediately available, shared service centre experience.
IN2 Consult are currently supporting a reputable, well-known company in the Hemel Hempstead area to recruit for a Credit Control Manager that will come in on a FTC to cover a the current managers maternity leave.
Must have experience:
- Credit control manager experience
- Experience managing a team of between 3- 9 credit controllers
- Shared Service Centre experience
- Be immediately available
The Credit Control Manager FTC will include the following:
- Managing a team of 8 credit controllers
- Being the go to person for escalated customer queries
- Setting targets for the team, and completing meetings/ tasks to ensure these targets are met.
- Managing the credit control funtion over UK and EMEA ledgers.
