Sales Manager - B2C/Sales/Management

Who they are?
They are on a mission to cut people's carbon emissions and reduce home energy bills. They have over 15 years experience within the energy sector and have some fantastic ideas to take to market. The company will be expanding and scaling up massively over the next 12 months.

The role
Their sales function has exciting plans to scale at an incredible rate over the next 12 months and they're looking for a highly motivated sales professional to help drive this forwards. You will be developing the existing team, working closely with external training providers to build processes and implement sales strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop channels, building and owning the sales pipeline
  • Deliver a successful customer focused sales approach
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure we're getting quality enquiries and managing them effectively
  • Recruit the sales team as the business grows
  • Develop and track conversion focused OKRs (Objectives and Key results) for yourself and your team
  • Train, motivate and coach your team
  • Be open-minded to new training methods and processes
  • Develop industry knowledge and a network of industry contacts
