A newly created role has arisen working for a fast paced people orientated commercial business.
As part of a newly structured HR team, they are recruiting for 2 HR Advisors to provide generalist HR guidance, coaching and support in relation to all people matters.
It's a generalist role but does have a strong focus on ER, duties and responsibilities will include;

As part of a newly structured HR team, they are recruiting for 2 HR Advisors to provide generalist HR guidance, coaching and support in relation to all people matters.
It's a generalist role but does have a strong focus on ER, duties and responsibilities will include;
- Provide professional and confidential HR advice, support and administration across the full range of HR activity
- Provide support and guidance in relation to employment relations issues such as discipline, grievance, appeals, change and absence management are dealt with fairly, commercially and pragmatically.
- Maintain current and accurate information within the HRIS and shared drive and produce robust management information aligned to business needs.
- Assist with the monitoring, reviewing and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with the current legislation
- Supporting the Business Partners with change management activity etc.
- Provide support, coaching and guidance on Family Polices, Flexible and Hybrid working, and performance management and Probation reviews
Skills and experience required;
- Proven experience in an HR Advisory role in a commercial business
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law
- A good exposure to all aspects of employee relations
- Experience of guiding managers and providing HR advice on a wide range of employee relations matters
