Operations Manager - Specialist Recruitment

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading, managing & developing a team of specialist recruitment consultants.
  • Overall responsibility and accountability for the day-to-day sales activities of the division.
  • The profitability and gross margin of the division, ensuring current business levels are maintained and growth opportunities are maximised.
  • Developing client relationships at a senior level.
  • Ensuring that clients are receiving a value-added service and that Acorn is the go-to agency for specialist recruitment.
  • Formulating innovative recruitment and head-hunting strategies to source hard-to-find candidates.
  • Ensuring that all recruitment activity is undertaken within procedural, contractual and legislative frameworks.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
