About the Role

As Programme Lead, you will drive and lead a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Business SME's to achieve the a smart working programme.

You will be co-ordinating the evolution and delivery of plans, resources and third party vendors to implement changes across our business in relation to how and where we work. The programme will involve coordinating transformation across our business culture, property workspace, end user technology, and also our operating principles and practices. Involving agile practices to inform future phases of the programme.

The role requires you to provide programme expert input to key activities and deliverables such as business cases, cost and benefits estimates, programme plans, dependency mapping, and the identification and mitigation of delivery risk.

About You

Being an experienced Programme Lead means that you will have strong leadership and management skills with the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders and direct reports. You will have proven experience of managing programmes designed to transform organisational effectiveness or the culture.

The ability to articulate compelling transformational business cases and communicating with third parties and external stakeholders.

You will have experience in working with agile methodologies and have a sound knowledge of various project methodologies.
