You will be ultimately taking responsibility of the care and wellbeing of our residents which includes making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met but also leading, motivating and mentoring your team of carers whilst delivering clinical guidance and coaching. Providing clinical leadership will ensure smooth, safe and efficient running of the care home.Nursing in a care home will present you with a wide range of clinical experiences and opportunities to develop your skills.
