Cleaner (Part-time)
Job Title: Cleaner (Part time)
Location: Holmfirth/Holmbridge
Job Type: Permanent
Contracted hours: 8 hours per week (Overtime available during peak seasons)
Rate: GBP10 per hour

HW Residential Lettings is a small family run lettings agency managing and maintaining long-term and short-term holiday lets within the Holmfirth area. We provide our clients with excellent quality service and cleanliness.
Due to increased demand, HW Residential Lettings are looking for a dedicated and reliable cleaner. We seek an individual with high standards of cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities and Attributes:
* High and low dusting, mopping, wiping and scrubbing surfaces.
* Hoover all holiday let rooms.
* Deep clean of the entire holiday lets including bathrooms and kitchens.
* Ensuring guests have everything needed upon their arrival by restocking supplies, including new bin liners in bins, soap dispensers, tea bags, coffee, ect.
* Ensure rubbish is removed and emptied into outdoor bins.
* Stripping beds and making up new beds. Ensure beds are presentable for guest check ins.
* Report any issues.
* Ensure all areas are clean and ready for guest check ins.
* Ability to work to a deadline.
Key Requirements:
* Holiday let experience is preferred but not essential.
* Availability on a Friday-Sunday between 10am-3pm is essential.
* An individual with a car and driver's licence is preferred but not essential. Must be able to travel to Holmfirth and Holmbridge area.
* A DBS check is required and can be provided for the suitable candidate.
Additional information:
* 8 hours per week minimum to start, with the possibility of overtime during peak months and full-time work down the line.
* 4 weeks of paid holiday per year
