We are delighted to confirm that we are recruiting exclusively for a temporary Call Centre Coordinator to cover maternity cover.
Job title: Contact Centre Coordinator
Salary: GBP9.20 per hour
Location: Stockton
Hours: Office Hours, Mon - Fri
Responsibilities:
- To ensure one call resolution by providing an excellent service to clients customers, avoiding further calls into the business.
- To receive incoming calls from their clients, offer guidance and assistance - often leading to scheduling an appointment between one of their surveyors and their client.
- To plan, organise and keep up to date several diaries for each of their sales force, liaising between the end-user, surveyors - providing efficient planning to allow the business to achieve their service level agreements.
- Be first point of contact for engineers who are calling for extra work by adding to their schedules on an adhoc basis.
- To co-manage the private-sales inbox, enquiries to ensure a quick response time
- To receive incoming phone calls and to offer guidance on our products and services.
- To accurately input or update all information onto companies CRM's efficiently.
- To act as a liaison between the sales force and office team, providing support and assistance and updating them on any change of status for customers.
- To complete daily reports received from the out of hours support team.
- To create follow up appointments from colleagues requests daily.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Office Manager.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience working in a Contact Centre, Call Centre, Sales Administrator or similar roles
- Experience working in a fast paced environment answering incoming calls
- Confident with MS Office
- The natural ability to build relationships with high levels of customer service
