Do you have previous experience as a Receptionist? Are you keen to work as part of an established Front of House Team? Would you like to work as part of a team in a hotel environment?

As a receptionist in this leading Cotswold's hotel, you will be able to provide first class service to customers from the moment they walk through the door to their last goodbye.
Your core duties will include carrying out daily duties such as check-in in and check-out of guests, taking hotel and restaurant reservations, cash handling, assisting with guest's requests and queries, you will also be consistently promoting a professional image and maintain a high standard of personal presentation in line with the hotel standards.
Your will enjoy working as part of a committed team supporting reception colleagues and other departments and will always be keen to contribute to team meetings with ideas, feedback, and observations to help improve the standards of operation and presentation of the Front Office and to uphold the high standards of customer service and guest relations of the hotel.In addition, good presentation of front of house and reception areas and assisting with daily reception and Front Office administrative tasks will also be part of your core duties.
