We are currently seeking a Head of Operations to oversee two sites within our Trust: Bottisham Village College, and Netherhall School and Oakes Sixth Form College although the role will be predominantly based at Bottisham.

The role will have overall responsibility for the management of facilities across the two sites, ensuring that they are developed and maintained to the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in facilities management, as well as the ability to manage different priorities effectively. The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator at all levels and have a passion for education.
