Overview

The role of Reunifications Administrator is based within our Operational administration team.

The team is responsible for all aspects of shareholder reunification administration, registration maintenance, and customer servicing, working closely with other business areas to provide the very highest level of customer service.

Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities

  • Research and respond to incoming shareholder or third party queries ensuring that complex issues are explained fully, using the appropriate medium
  • Assist shareholders who are not able to self-service via online methods
  • Update register on receipt of appropriate legal confirmations
  • Ensure administration is processed to internal and external service standards, ensuring full compliance with internal and external procedures and FCA regulations
  • Feedback to line manager where standards may be compromised
  • Precise monitoring and reconciliation of transactions.
  • Vetting and scrutinising claims with a high level of attention to detail
  • Accurately arranging for payments to be issued to shareholders using the appropriate company systems.
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with other departments and clients enabling completion of tasks and queries.
  • Flexibility around busy periods and business demands
  • Additional tasks as required by the specific team/role

Experience & Personal Attributes

  • GCSE Maths grade C or equivalent minimum
  • GCSE English grade C or equivalent minimum
  • Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) preferred but not essential.
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word & Outlook
