Service Advisor, Doncaster GBP18000 - GBP22000 plus a realistic target related monthly bonus.
Clemence Rogers are currently working in partnership with our client in the recruitment of an experienced Service Advisor to join a franchised dealership, based in Doncaster.
Working in the aftersales department the ideal candidate will be a people person who enjoys looking after customers with quality service.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor:
• Taking receipt of vehicles
• Advising customers in person or by telephone
• Making initial diagnoses
• Writing orders for repair work
• Monitoring the repair process
• Taking receipt of repaired vehicles and handing them over to customers
• Actively selling after-sales services in a customer-oriented manner
• Ensuring the workshop is working to full capacity by effectively scheduling customer orders
• Mediating between the spare parts warehouse, workshop and customers as well as Sales and Accounts
• Compiling estimates
• Obtaining order numbers from customers
• Delivering a first-class service to our customers
• Up selling and invoicing
Ideal Candidate for the Service Advisor Role:
• Experience with 1link, New and used Car warranty, new and used service plans, pricing up Health checks and job card creation
• Full onsite and off-site Manufacturer training will be provided, to ensure complete job satisfaction as well as our customers receive the best levels of customer service
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate at all levels
• IT competency
• Technician knowledge would be advantageous
• Focuses on the needs of the customer in the execution of the role and works to deliver customer satisfaction
• Must be aware of impact of their own behaviour on others and modifies style to achieve results through good working relationships
• Maintains stability of performance despite pressure
• Contributes positively to a team in order to achieve common business objectives
Hours:
• Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm plus every second Saturday morning.
