Regional Account Manager - Weetabix

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: GBP21,000 to GBP25,000 per annum + up to 20% bonus opportunity + company car + 25 days holiday (+ additional 8 bank holidays) + phone/laptop/tablet

Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Territory: Croydon, Ilford, Luton, Medway, Rayleigh, Wimbledon, Hayes and surrounding areas

You will be working for REL Field Marketing to fulfil the role of Regional Account Manager on our Weetabix team.

You will be responsible for:

  • Calling upon Cash and Carry/ Wholesalers and multiple convenience groups within your territory
  • Developing in store relationships with key decision makers
  • Maximising brand awareness and communicating new product opportunities
  • Obtaining additional displays, increase the visibility and availability of the product and ensure stock levels are maintained
  • Working with delivered cash and carry to drive sales through alternative means where there is little in depot footfall
  • Selling in new products and introduce all promotions
  • Making central agreements for convenience/petrol filling station groups (i.e. meeting owners and buyers from chains across petrol filling station groups and multiple convenience groups)

You will have:

  • Demonstrable track record of building & nurturing relationships and growing business
  • Capability to understand and process customer sales data
  • Good understanding of how to use PowerPoint and Excel and similar programs
  • Held a full manual driving licence for a minimum of 12 months
  • A passion for completing all tasks to the highest standard and be driven by results
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your own workload
