The Talent Development Specialist will maximise the potential of our people working at GBS, the talent populations needed, and the development paths required. Assist in the implementation of key talent programmes that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage GBS's talent pool. Support managers evaluate the effectiveness of its talent strategies and align learning and development programmes to ensure GBS goals are met.
