My client is looking for a Sales Order Processing Administrator to join their friendly Business Services team.

Initially the role is long term contract but there is the possibility that it may become permanent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing orders
  • Raising invoices using excel
  • Sending out order confirmations
  • Emailing orders to the warehouse
  • Handling customer queries.

Skills needed:

  • Previous sales order processing experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A minimum of intermediate level Excel skills

Hours of work are 9 - 5.30 and the company would employ you on their payroll.
