About the role
Sytner Group currently have a unique opening for a highly motivated Aftersales professional with a flair for Workshop and Warranty administration. This is a new role where the successful candidate will provide continuous support to both the Workshop and Warranty Managers. The role will be split as required to meet the requirements of the business.
About you
Previous experience in an administrative capacity is essential along with a solid understanding of Automotive technical fundamentals. Knowledge of the motor industry and the Kerridge system would also be advantageous; however this is not crucial for the right candidate.
Ideally, you will have excellent organisational skills and be able to handle conflicting demands whilst able to identify priorities in a highly demanding environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong, cooperative relationships with customers & colleagues are also a must.
