Salary GBP18000 with on target earnings of GBP24,000
Our client is expanding their fundraising team of outbound Telesales Executives .
They are looking for dynamic individuals to work 10am-7pm shifts, Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 weekends.
The position requires you to make outbound calls and operate live chat for members of the public who wish to make donations to a children's charity. You will also get the chance to speak to prospective charity donors using Live Chat
This is a fast-paced high call volume virtual call-centre environment.
PAY STRUCTURE Full-time Target Earnings of GBP24,000, basic of GBP18,000.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/REQUIREMENT • Strong sales skills with proven track-record in fundraising • Strong in using online technology • Works well under pressure with experience • A minimum of 3 years experience in telesales • Excellent interpersonal skills • Can work on a commission pay structure • Self-driven and self-motivated with a bubbly, positive attitude •
