This is initially a 12-week contract with potential to be extended subject to campaign requirements. This is a potential work from home opportunity however all applicants must be within a commutable distance to Spectrum Business Park , Seaham.

What you will do:

You will be responsible for contacting people who have recently travelled to the UK and been asked to complete the mandatory 10-day isolation, offering support and answering any queries they may have.

What we expect from you:

We expect our Customer Support Agents to be natural chatterboxes, who love talking to people and building rapport! You must also be a great listener, and be attentive to others needs as this role will require you to be empathetic as you advise and reassure customers when they have queries.
