Due to continued growth, this company are seeking a passionate Office Manager, based in their Head Office in Wrexham, North Wales. This senior position within the Company will form an integral role in delivering continued success to their customers.
For this exciting role, the successful candidate will be focused on providing first-class customer service to their diverse customer-base and ownership of department workload and prioritisation.
Managing a small but busy administrative office, the Office Manager's role will vary throughout the day, but key tasks will include:
- Generate departmental performance reports and chair meetings
- Perform team recruitment, training, development and appraisals
- Assisting with the resolution of customer queries, internal and external
- Supplier & Subcontractor liaison
- Management of Office and Field Staff stock and parts supply chain
- Responsibility for departmental performance and contract related bonus schemes
You will have strong customer service and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task as no two days are the same. You will have a calm, confident approach when dealing with internal and external customers, and will provide leadership and development to colleagues while creating a positive working environment.
Commercial awareness, process control skills and strong IT skills (Office 365) are essential to the role.
A strong basic salary and attractive bonus scheme is on offer for this position.
