HR Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic and dynamic HR Administrator to join an expanding business that works across numerous sectors including Property, Social Care and Training.
You will be responsible for assisting with the day to day activities of the HR department including absence, joiners and leaves as well as maintaining HR logs . You will work in close collaboration with the HR team and business Managers.
The role:
* Updating and maintaining the HR and database at ensuring confidentiality at all times
* Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices
* General day to day administration tasks including scanning and filing
* Administering the starter and leaver processes for employees
* Organise and process the HR archiving in safe and confidential way
* Provide relevant HR data in a concise and structured way required by the HR Manager
* Updating and maintaining HR Logs and requesting information from Managers
* Take the lead on various admin tasks, including absence processing.
We require:
* CIPD qualification - Level 3 (preferred)
* A good knowledge of HR documents
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Confidentiality with professional behavior and able to work in a discreet and responsible way.
* Ability to build trust with employees and line management
* Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
