Digital Health and Care Wales is an ambitious organisation created by Welsh Government to lead on the digital transformation of health and care. It builds on the digital architecture and national services put in place by the NHS Wales Informatics Service over the past decade.
We are recruiting a Content Designer to manage, improve and evaluate our external website and other key communications channels. The candidate should have good knowledge and experience of key communications principles and be passionate about all things digital.
This is an exciting opportunity to help build awareness and drive forward the important role of digital and technology within NHS Wales.
What skills are we looking for?
- Experienced and skilled in writing content that meets user needs
- Comfortable using research and analytics tools to guide your approach
- Not afraid to talk with subject matter experts, using techniques such as pair writing
- Excellent attention to detail
- A firm grasp of good grammar and using plain English
- Experience of working with Mura or other content management systems
