What you'll be doing

The successful candidate will join our Business Intelligence and Business Systems team at an exciting time, as we look to adopt a proactive approach in maintaining our systems and leading in optimisation to drive greater efficiencies.


You’ll build strong credible relationships with software vendors and business areas, providing expert guidance and support on all things business systems. You will lead the Business Systems Team ensuring that systems have a high level of availability and making sure dataflows and applications deliver on business requirements. Exploring other software options to support Golding’s evolution. 


More about you. What can you bring? 

  • You will have a degree in Management Information Systems or equivalent experience in a related computer science/technology discipline. You will have experience with a suite of housing systems (Orchard/Keystone preferred) along with SQL\Progress databases. 
  • You will demonstrate a high customer/ stakeholder focus, working collaboratively to ensure buy in to solutions and can manage expectations at all levels in the business.
  • The right candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements and priorities and the ability to plan/ organise, and balance simultaneous priorities for the team. 


When and where you'll be doing it

You will enjoy a 37-hour working week and earn an annual salary of circa £52,000 per annum (Band 2 of our pay scale) dependent upon your knowledge, skills and experience.


Golding Homes’ head office is in central Maidstone where you will be based in our new modern and bright office space which offers creative, collaborative and flexible ways of working. Golding continues to embrace agile working for all colleagues, so it is anticipated that you will also work remotely.
