An excellent opportunity has become available to support a growing network of pharmaceutical companies who are looking to recruit huge volumes of scientists globally.
You'll be working with a team of commercially focused professionals, with scientific backgrounds, who are instrumental in supporting career development and advancement opportunities for scientists across the globe.
You'll be supporting exciting areas such as clinical and scientific research, from initial concept through to commercialisation, and how the array of functions such as regulatory affairs, QA, manufacture, QC and related area are linked within the full life cycle.
In the role you'll be liaising and talking to scientific and clinical professionals, with rare and niche skillsets, screening them against key vacancies. You'll be resourcing and identifying your recruits from a range of sources including face-to face networking, database searching and attraction through social media and various advertising tools. You'll be a natural networker and be able to build long and lasting relationships, while delivering first class customer service.
