Assistant Surveyor ready to advance your career, or Intermediate Surveyor looking to achieve a better work/life balance and progression prospects?
This role is suitable for an ambitious individual motivated by career progression and the opportunity to work on some of London's most exciting residential developments.
You will be supported by a friendly Senior Surveyor who won't ask you to do anything he wouldn't be prepared to do himself.
The Commercial Manager is totally driven by retaining good people through focusing upon ensuring a healthy work/life balance is maintained and that career development and progression is prioritised.
Both have stayed at this market leading residential developer long-term, despite being held in high regard and high demand in the wider industry, a good indicator of an excellent working environment.
As a Project Quantity Surveyor you will be tendering packages, making payments, attending meetings and gaining exposure to all Commercial aspects of the delivery of flagship London residential developments.

In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive a basic starting salary of GBP50,000 - GBP60,000, car allowance, 15% bonus, benefits and strong career progression prospects.
