REVIT MEP (Building Services) / BIM TECHNICIAN
Excellent opportunity to gain further training and experience in Building Services 3D Modelling (Revit MEP), working with enthusiastic and friendly staff in a great office environment.
Due to further expansion, our client, a successful international design company that offers its services to the Engineering and Construction sectors, is seeking additional members of staff to join their busy design team.
They are considering applications from Graduate level candidates with a technical background, those with Revit MEP knowledge or from those who have experience in the production of CAD drawings within Building & Construction
The position offers further training in the latest 3D CAD technology (Revit MEP) and design processes in order for you to produce 3D Mechanical & Electrical Building Services BIM models where you shall be involved in interesting project work (Hospitals, large Commercial Office, Schools, Retail, Sports Stadia, etc.) with the potential for career advancement.
Candidates shall possess the following attributes:
??Ideally a qualification in a technical subject (Mechanical, Building Services, Automotive, Aeronautical, Product Design, Civil & Structural Engineering or Architecture)
OR
??In lieu of qualifications candidates will have some experience in the production of CAD drawings within the construction sector (M & E, Pipework Ductwork, Structures, etc)
??MUST be proficient in at least AutoCAD
- Revit experience
??Good all round IT literacy
??Excellent verbal and written communication skills
??Training shall be provided
