Location: Home working role
Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday - Friday but we're open to flexible working
Contract: 9 months fixed term (Maternity cover)
Salary: GBP46,000 per annum pro rata (Includes home working allowance)

We are looking for someone with proven experience managing a database function, to lead an established team delivering data services to a range of stakeholders across the fundraising and supporter engagement directorate, as they embrace an ambitious and innovative fundraising strategy. You must have a good understanding of the regulatory regime we work in with regards to marketing consent, be able to map, plan and design technical solutions to deliver business outcomes and be confident steering senior stakeholders to adopt a data stewardship approach.

This is an exciting time to be joining our Fundraising Supporter Marketing and Engagement directorate, as we explore new fundraising techniques and ways of engaging our supporters.

What you'll bring to the role ???.

Experience - you'll have extensive experience inmanaging a Fundraising or Marketing Database and have a track record of managing data teams importing large data sets that require manipulation or mutation to adhere to system file formats.

Leadership - You'll have excellent communication skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders, as well as lead and motivate a team working under pressure to deliver quality outcomes.

IT skills - you'll haveadvanced knowledge of software applications such as SQL, Access, and other MS Packages used to manipulate and interrogate data.

Data skills - you'll be data minded, with strong analytical skills that'll enable you to deliver your role as data steward effectively and ensure the best outcomes for the charity.
