Customer Service / Order Processing

Experienced Customer Service Advisers required for permanent position in the Milton Keynes area

Our client an established business in Milton Keynes is looking for experienced customer service adviser to join them permanent basis

As a Customer Service adviser your role is to deliver excellent customer service and build positive relationships with both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate for the position will have extensive Customer Service / Relationship building experience from a manufacturing or a logistics environment and experience of order processing

Key Duties of the position will include:

• Delivering excellent customer service over the phone to both internal and external customers and building positive business relationships.
• The role includes high volume inbound and outbound calling
• Order processing experience dealing with a wide product range
• Dealing with all customer queries via phone and email, efficiently and effectively through to the end
• Ensure accuracy of order processing
• Develop professional working relationship with internal departments
• Monitor and evaluate personal performance to enhance individual / team results in line with departmental KPI's.

Key skills / Position details
Proven Customer Service experience within a manufacturing or logistics environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to pick up Inhouse and crm systems quickly
Competent on Microsoft packages
Available 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 8am - 5.00
GBP20,000 - 21,000 + bonus scheme after eligibility criteria met
Parking on site
