***Specialist provision for students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health challenges. Some of the students will have learning needs like Autism, OCD, ADHD, SEMH and Complex Social Needs

***Ideal LSA role if you have aspirations within Probation and Rehabilitation - tailored curriculums for each student

***Focus on a range of learning need and ability, some of the students will have a 6-10% attendance record over the course of the academic

***Holistic, Therapeutic and Restorative Processes used, de-escalation techniques are key

***60 male students in the school, 9-16, focus on vocational subjects and key and personal life skills

***Students will either live at home with parents/guardians or be in residential/foster care

***You cannot get anything academically completed until there is empathy in place

***Focus on GSCE subjects, AQA, building a curriculum that works for the boys. Focus on College and continued education or Supported Living

***Focus on trauma and positive re-enforcement

***Immediate and September 2021 starts - GBP80 per day PAYE (No umbrella agencies), 08.15 to 16.15, term time only
