Customer Success Coordinator

I'm currently recruiting for a number of Custome Service Advisors to join an award winining outdoor facilities maintenance company. This role is a permanent position paying up to 19K and based in Stevenage.

Your role is to become an integral member of the Customer Success team and continually enhance the customer experience. This will involve processing data in line with GDPR legislation, providing advice and guidance to our customers via multi-channel communications, [including voice calls, email, portal, web chat, SMS, etc] all whilst striving to achieve service within agreed goals, KPI's, SLA's and promoting sales.

You will be responsible for:
* Processing data using recognized adopted business systems and practices to ensure tasks recorded and are performed in line with customer expectations
* Respond and provide accurate advice to customers about products, services and financial requests.
* Coordinate with direct suppliers and 3rd parties when required.
* Liaise with colleagues, customers, and end-users to resolve queries and complaints in line with pre-agreed KPI's and SLA's
* Ad hoc admin; filing and archiving as required
* The role may require additional duties to be performed outside of your day-to-day role to ensure the efficient running of the department or business area

Ideally you will:

Have experience working in a customer service role, handling multi-channel customer enquiries and/or complaints
Be passionate about customer service and confident communicating with customers, suppliers and 3rd partiesGet in touch to learn more
