My client based on the outskirts of Huntingdon are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a Full Time Permanent basis. Offering a salary of GBP19-GBP22,000.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct screening of applications and select the best candidates suited to the roles available
2. Fulfil interviews via various mediums such as telephone, online video and face - to face
3. Ensure the recruitment and selection procedures meet operational and legislative
requirements set out by professional agencies
4. Provide feedback throughout different points of potential candidates staff journey of which some could involve difficult conversations and complaint handling
5. Ensure staffing levels and qualifications are suitable with the correct amount of skills and experience required. Holding accountability for the correct staffing levels, in line with predictions and booking figures
6. Issue employment offers (contracts/job descriptions)
7. Booking staff onto training courses in line with predicted targets/booking numbers
8. Preparing admin requirements ahead of evening/weekend recruitment events
9. Assisting with other members of the recruitment team chasing documents required by staff ahead of employment
10. Completing daily routine tasks
Other responsibilities:
1. Content writing for recruitment in various platforms such as website, manuals, presentations etc
2. Public speaking at different events such as assessment days, training and recruitment fairs
3. Respond to a wide range of staffing enquiries, relating to prospective and contracted seasonal staff via telephone, email or other mediums
