The Role

This role is a delivery role in the Digital Office, reporting to the Functional Analysis Lead. This is central to the delivery of the future of the Lloyds and delivery capabilities within the Digital domain.

The role is accountable for the definition and application of software development practices to support the delivery of digital channels offerings to the Market and the public as part of the transformation of Lloyds described in

Responsibilities

Working within an Agile team to provide functional analysis in the delivery of digital products and services

Working closely with the Product Owner(s) and delivery team(s) to refine and prioritise the Product Backlog

Facilitate Story Mapping workshops and Backlog refinement sessions to turn functional analysis into Product Backlog Items

Ensure all Product Backlog items satisfy the agreed Definition of Ready by clearly expressing requirements, acceptance criteria and estimates

Skills

Familiar with iterative functional analysis techniques

Facilitation of User Story mapping sessions

Knowledge

Knowledge and understanding of the full software development lifecycle

Comfortable with ambiguity, lack of detail and can develop concepts

A to E mentality; able to run with a problem and arrive at robust conclusion

Detail-oriented, curious and inquisitive

Experience

Experience of working within cross-functional Agile teams

Product Backlog refinement and prioritisation

Experience of a variety of Agile delivery frameworks e.g. Scrum, Kanban, DSDM
