Our client, a well-established manufacturing business situated in the heart of Sheffield is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking and well organised professional to join their experienced and dedicated Administration team. This role will be varied in terms of providing administration support to different areas of the business but predominantly the Accounts team.
Key Duties;
- Inputting weekly timesheets onto database and providing analysis of productive and non-productive time via Excel.
- Raising purchase orders on the in-house Access Database
- Obtaining quotes and best prices for purchased items
- Chasing debt from customers.
- Providing support to the accounts team & purchase processes and assisting with general administration duties
- Covering reception as and when required
Required Skills & Experience;
- Strong IT skills including Outlook, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Some previous experience in a similar admin role is essential
- Strong literacy skills
- Ability to work independently
- Previous work in an accounts environment would be beneficial
